That was the case when I discovered this beautiful Interiors by Decorating Den Dream Room photo that we’ve had tucked away in our files. Every year Interiors by Decorating Den holds a contest among its designer body for special awards in several Dream Room categories. Last year, this tastefully-edited room was entered by Cathi Lloyd. Naturally our eye goes to the graceful Tableaux® faux wrought iron window treatments placed in the transom windows between the drapes. The design is Reggio, an open, Italian pattern that works well in transitional interior design that blends traditional with contemporary elements. The touch of wrought iron harkens back to European estates and chateaux with wrought iron grillwork on every window and door. This warm room both soothes and inspires. A special thank you to Cathi for this outstanding work! |
