 What is a Snug Seal™?

Snug Seal™ is a “no template” hardware option for inside mounted Tableaux® installations.

Why and when to use a Snug Seal™?

Use Snug Seal™ wherever you would use a paper template! When installed, unlike paper templates, Snug Seal™ creates a uniform border around the piece, eliminating light gaps and filling in uneven dimensions up to ½".

Snug Seal™ is only available for 3/4" material thickness Tableaux inserts.

How and what to measure for a Snug Seal™.

All measurements can be within 1/16”.
For arches with legs, we need 5 measurements

  • arch height at midpoint,
  • length of both legs,
  • bottom width
  • top of legs width.

For arches without legs, 2 measurements

  • arch height
  • bottom width

How to order your Snug Seal™

Check the Snug Seal™ box under Hardware Options on the Faux Iron quote form. Fill in measurements, and select your Snug Seal™ finish color!
